I just started with the duo traveling pack and so far so good. My question is if I purchase both this bottle and the healthy V vitamin bottle, do I take it the same way? The packet carries 1 of each capsules. Or do I have to take more of each or either. This bottle says to take 2. Sorry if this doesnt make sense!

Absolutely NOT.
I have not had breakouts in literal years, within a week and a half of taking this I have broken out with acne all over my chin and around my mouth. Immediately went into the trash.

This is my 3rd to 4th time purchasing. I typically buy directly through the website because you can collect points to use towards rewards for your next purchase. Now I bought this and the feminine body wash through Love wellness because I just needed to fix my order that was it down there. But since I've been using this for months over the span of the fourth bottle, I feel like the reason why I'm having an older down there is because this is causing it. This isn't preventing my BV. I did still give it to stars because there was a time where you had to take two of these pills and now they brought it down to one and I don't have any side effects as far as nausea. But definitely doesn't help with any type of odor down there at all!

Love this product, it works and isn't t too harsh. I take it daily, around same time and no issues. This is the only product of theirs that I use and it's amazing. The one pill potion is more convenient for me as I take different supplements daily. Give it a try!
