I have ordered this product several times and I love it. I drastically reduced my processed sugar intake months ago as a way to reduce my sugar cravings/addiction and to reset my gut. I was experiencing a lot of bloating and stomach upset so I decided to reduce my sugar intake and stop drinking alcohol. Using Blue Burn definitely helped with the sugar withdrawal symptoms that people talk about. After only a few days I wasn't having the sugar cravings at all. I have the large bottle and use a syringe of product every morning. I feel energized, don't want sugary foods at all, my stomach is flatter and the bloated feeling has gone away. I recommend this product to anyone struggling with sugar addiction and wanting to get off the white stuff.
I needed this
I use this every morning, first thing on an empty stomach. It tastes amazing and I have energy throughout the day! I'm using it along with diet & exercise to better my health. Highly recommend this product!
Better digestion, appetite & energy
Absolute game changer. I take one dropper in the morning and another halfway through my day about an hour or 2 before I head to the gym. It powers me through the day, increases digestion (which is huge for me as someone with chronic gut issues) and has seriously changed my appetite for the better. Less cravings at night and feeling way more satiated throughout the day - skip the coffee and take this. Oh, and I'm 5 lbs down after taking it almost daily for 3.5 weeks.

Absolutely love! Definite shift in cravings and energy levels. Haven't felt that afternoon slump since taking! Still waiting to see if any weight loss results but still only on first bottle! Can't wait to try more tinctures!
