After shampooing and rinsing, wring the hair of excess water. Part the hair into four sections and secure each section with a hair clip. Start with one section and massage the mask into the hair from root to tip. Use a wide tooth comb to distribute the mask evenly and detangle with added slip. After the fourth section is complete, leave the mask in for at least 10 minutes before rinsing. For enhanced curl definition, style with Curl Charisma Leave-In Defining Crème, Coil Custard, and/or Frizz Control Gel.

Woah!
I reeeeally like this mask, unfortunately i had an allergic reaction to something in it BUT its more soft and managable than its EVER been and my curls looked so good. Very sad i cant keep using it its so good!
Good PROTEIN Mask
Okay, yes it has some moisture stuff, but the rice amino acid is very high in the list. *It is not for moisture*. The green avocado mask they sell would be perfect for that. This one is protein and strengthening. Everyone's saying they had breakage or dried hair or frizz. Besides that, it melted into my curls and they were POPPING. I love this stuff, unfortunately the price is expensive. I would only buy it on sale or with points.

If your hair is generally healthy and just needs moisture do not get this mask. I am trying to embrace my natural curls and i was told by an employee that has curly hair that this mask is amazing. Ive tried it three times and my hair does not need the protien so it ended up snapping and thining so bad. I had to get two inches taken off to just brush through my hair again. Make sure you need protien before using this
Did the opposite of what a conditioner should do
I have fine, long 2b/2c type hair and this did the opposite of what I expected it to do. It made my hair feel dry and tangled it to the point I had to use my wet brush because the wide tooth comb wasn't enough to detangle. Maybe my hair isn't curly enough for this to work as it should, but would not recommend for those with hair similar to my own.
