META BLACK HAS GLITTER IN IT
The shade Meta black has glitter in it. I verified with the Maybelline website (says it's "pearl infused"...it's glitter) bc I thought i was going crazy after i kept seeing specs of glitter all over my face after washing my makeup off knowing i didnt wear eyeshadow. The mascara itself is average. Gives pretty good length and volume but the formula is DRY. Also, its trying to be a tubing mascara but its not quite there. Flakes when it gets wet, but doesnt come off in full tubes. Idk, just average for me and the glitter is interesting.
For a cheaper mascara it's great
I really liked this mascara at first! My lashes were kind of struggling before I started using this. I really love how the formula is wet however, this mascara is so flaky that my eyes were turning red every night because it would flake into my eyes. And not just little tiny mascara flakes even eyelashes would fall into my eye.

I bought this because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I made a mistake. This mascara clumps and flakes easily. I do not recommend.
Dryish formula
For me a first time buyer I would not buy again. If you tell you opened it then it becomes a battle to return - easier to toss. - I would not recommend or buy again
My GOAT mascara!
I Love this GOAT mascara. Works better than the MANY I've tried. I get length and fullness without clumps. I also appreciate the feel isn't dry or sticky. The wand works great too from all angles. Lasts all day in the hot SoCal heat without smearing or moving.
