If you take Biotin, Zinc, and Iron supplements you will get more or less the same results as what you get with this product... at a fraction of the price! I have been taken this for 5 months and still losses hair during shower and in the process of combine my hair.

The new growth and retention is crazy!
Started taking when I noticed increased hair fall. After two weeks the shedding all but stopped, after less than 3 months I have new growth all along my hair line. People I last 6 weeks ago told me that my hair has grown a ton. I recommend to everyone

I never ever go without these. I have thin fine hair and it feels thicker and I have baby hairs growing. Plus I shed a lot less I've been taking these for over a year and I'll never stop.
