Great for travel
This is excellent for travel. It actually does hang securely from a towel or drawer handle rod and is perfect for areas where you're limited in counter space to spread all your getting-ready essentials, like in hotel rooms. It fits a 1-inch iron very nicely and I feel much more at ease when I have to put my hot iron immediately into it and then into my luggage if I've used it just before check out and don't have the ability to wait for it to cool. The silicone is thick and sturdy. Probably going to buy a backup just in case something ever happens to my original!
