I had high hopes for this natural bloating and cramp prevention supplements but unfortunately they didn't work for me. They're also quite pricy, and you have to take so many pills per cycle! The box says you should use for a few months in order to see a change, so maybe it's just that I was only sent enough for one cycle…

The ingredients less and that vitamin product is really good. All of the herbs and vitamins are supportive for women and women's health. Well only took it for a month. Can't say how much it affected my cycle. But it was easy to swallow and a great blend.
