Biolage Scalp Sync Purifying Scalp Concentrate is a gentle pre-shampoo treatment that exfoliates and clarifies the scalp from buildup, excess oil, impurities and dead skin after one use. Infused with glycolic acid and fermented tea, this pre-shampoo is ideal for all scalp types.

Before shampooing, section dry hair to expose scalp. Apply nozzle directly to scalp to apply 10ml of product evenly throughout the scalp. Massage for 5 minutes and leave on for a recommended time of 15 minutes, then rinse.

Amazing
My scalp felt so clean. I noticed a differnce after the first use. My daughter likes it too. It got rid of thr build up on her scalp.
Works great
This product helped my dry scalp and dandruff. I have thin hair that gets oily easily but extra dry with dandruff in the winter. After using this my hair felt smooth and silky while my scalp felt less itchy and dry.
Hair falling out
I decided to try this set of products because my hairstylist recommended them. I use the scalp sync shampoo, conditioner, and this scalp concentrate. The shampoo and conditioner are pretty okay but since using the scalp serum my hair falls out A LOT when i rinse it out. Just be weary and if you notice your hair falling out more than usual, stop using the product. It also didnt help with my dandruff and oily hair.

Hair Type Straight Hair
I have very fine, straight, and damaged hair. Recently dandruff became a problem of mine. I have been desperate to find something that can help with my never-ending list of hair problems. That's when I thought it wouldn't hurt to give this a try. I applied as directed and left it on for 15 minutes prior to shampooing. I did feel I could have used more than 10ml. So the next few times I used a little more than 10ml and I was impressed. I noticed an improvement in my dandruff and oily hair. My hair felt softer I had less shedding which is a dream come true and my scalp health seems to be a lot better. I love the difference I've seen and felt in just a few uses. Side note: After reading the ingredients it might not be suitable for people with sensitive skin and scalp.
CAUTION: Please look at the ingredients before using
I used this over the weekend and had a very bad reaction due to some of the chemicals in this. Namely the Propylyne glycol, sodium hydroxide (lye) and glycolic acid. I have extremely sensitive skin and was not aware of what some of these chemicals were. Yes, that's completely on me but I think there should also be a warning or something like that on the bottle in regards to the use of these chemicals. They don't even allow Propylyne glycol to be used for anything related to skincare in Europe.
