To switch barrels:
- Turn the TightTwist lock to vertical position. Attach your barrel, then twist the lock clockwise to secure it in place.
To create curls and waves with a wand barrel:
- Always begin with dry, detangled hair. Hold the wand over your head with the tip pointing down. Then, starting from the roots, wrap a 1-2" section of hair around the barrel.
- Hold for a few seconds, then slide the wand out to release the curl.
- For looser curls or waves, tug lightly on the section before allowing it to cool.
To create curls and waves with a clip barrel:
- Always begin with dry, detangled hair. Insert the tip of a 1-2" section of hair into the clamp and roll the iron upwards toward the scalp.
- Hold the iron in place until heat has full penetrated the hair section, then open the clamp and gently release the curl.
- For looser curls or waves, tug lightly on the section before allowing it to cool.

Maybe I got a damaged one, this was gifted by T3 but this one didn't function as the manual explains. Can't get it pass on led #2, at the beginning I can select the temperature but then it gets back to #2 and never heat enough, just very slightly. Good until it broke...
Bottom part broke after 1 year. I was able to fix and make do but once broken, the connector got more and more loose. Contacted T3 Customer Service but they only warranty for 2 years from purchase. Curls were long lasting and smooth. For price, it breaking so quickly was a big bummer.

I've purchased from this company years ago and the quality seemed great, unfortunately my most recent purchase was a complete disaster. The curling iron and the flat iron overheats constantly on the lowest setting which causes the temperature rise to the smoking point. I've contacted the customer service and took all the steps. Since then I haven't heard anything, seems like there is a reason why they want you to buy a protection plan, because they are aware of their products being bad quality. Save your hair and do not buy any hot tools from them.
