Dangerous Battery Case
Once I opened the battery compartment to the brush, whether I had batteries in the chamber or not, the lid to the battery compartment refused to close. Not only that, but I think the refund process with this company is ludicrous. You either have to chat, email, or call to get a refund. CALL?! What is this the 90s? Plus the person on the chat made every step of the process incredibly painful. So in addition to shoddy products and terrible customer service, it all adds up to me never shopping at this business again!!
