Key Ingredients
- Salicylic Acid (2%) - This oil soluble beta hydroxy acid penetrates deeply into pores to dissolve sebum and oil that clog pores and cause acne while lightly exfoliating dull skin.
- Curcumin - An isolated compound from turmeric, curcumin is a powerful antioxidant that reduces irritation & the appearance of skin discoloration.
- Arnica - Arnica works to reduce the appearance of redness and irritation, while soothing and calming the skin.
- Sea Kelp Bioferment - Fermented sea kelp provides moisture and reduces the appearance of redness.
- Calendula - A flower belonging to the marigold family that has been used medicinally since the 12th century, calendula soothes and calms the skin.
- Gooseberry Extract - Also known as amla, this Indian berry is incredibly rich in antioxidants.
Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Does this product work for all kinds of pimples? I have bumps on my skin that are due to not exfoliating for a long time. I believe it resulted to clogged pores from dead skin. I will also have dark spots left over and I already use the mad hippie vitamin c serum in the AM. Any other mad hippie products recommend that will help with brightening skin?

We recommend trying it to see how it works for your skin. For skin brightening, the AHA Exfoliating Peel at night is a lovely option. The Super A Serum is a nice alternatative (for PM use) that helps diminish the appearance of age spots and skin discoloration. Hello :) I usually use a raw honey face mask nightly. Can I use the cleansing oil afterwards, spot treat with the blemish cream, use the eye cream, then the antioxidant facial oil?

Hello :) for nighttime routine - can I use the cleansing oil, then jelly cleanse, use the hydrating nutrient mist, vitamin a serum, eye cream, blemish cream, triple c night cream & antioxidant facial oil altogether?

- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! It may help to simplify your nighttime routine and use a few less products. Since the Cleansing Oil and Jelly Cleanser are both oil-based, you may only need to use one (alternate from night to night if you'd like). We also suggest moving the Nutrient Mist to your morning routine unless you have very dry skin, as the other products are all very hydrating. If you have acne-prone skin, skip the Triple C Night Cream. And, be sure to alternate nightly between the Vitamin A Serum and Blemish Cream, rather than layering in the same routine - they are both exfoliants and using multiple exfoliants in the same routine can lead to irritation and/or over-exfoliation. You could try this PM routine: cleanse, Vitamin A Serum, Eye Cream, Antioxidant Facial Oil & spot treat with the Blemish Cream when not using the Vitamin A Serum. Be sure not to mix everything together - massage into skin one at a time and wait a minute or so between each step. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you

Is this product gluten free?

Since we do not operate a gluten-free facility, nor are we certified gluten-free, trace amounts could be present in other products. We always recommend consulting with your doctor about specific concerns regarding your personal care products, particularly in relation to celiac disease. Of course, we certainly understand if someone doesn't feel comfortable using our products on account of a gluten sensitivity (particularly if you are concerned about accidental ingestion as this is how a reaction could potentially occur) and we respect the decision either way. Clears up spots
I put this stuff on my acne scars & new blemishes. Seems to clear up everything within a day or two. I absolutely love it.
Watery Waste
I don't understand this product. Purchased it based on good experiences with MH Vitamin C & A serums, but this is a watery mess. Doesn't do anything and/or if it does it's very hard to see a difference or effect on blemishes. Will never purchase again, unless it's reformulated.

the blemishes on my forehead were virtually gone after 3 days of using this product! a little goes a long way and this stuff really works!

I tried this because it was on sale previously, not the best, super watery, sits on top of the skin and looks shiny, have not used it I can't say that it does much.
