I'm very particular with who I allow to straighten my hair because I don't want to damage my curls. I was reccommended this flat iron for my hair and I LOVE IT! Zero heat damage and I straighten every 2 weeks. Safe to use, easily glides through my hair. I have 4A curls, fine strands. 10/10 reccommend! I also love the lock on this as well as the heat settings. I use it on 385 degrees and my hair is silky like I left the salon!

It just didn't work as efficiently as I expected. Not a fan or where the switch is.
Stopped getting hot
I purchased in August of 2024 and in December 2024 it no longer gets hot. Its warm at best, I can hold it in my hand. I've tried using different heat settings and nothing helps.
Just received and love
I had the same straightener for a while and had finally broke down and got myself a new one, based on reviews. I just used it and just the first used I love it had no idea how badly I needed a new one. Hair is soft and shiny!
