Wanted to love it

Broke after 2 uses
I just recieved this and used it twice. In the middle of using it the second time, it completely broke - won't turn on. Also noticed no difference in my curls than a regular curling iron. Returning.
Design flaw
The tool is actually really great but one thing, a design flaw causing the hair to get caught up and pulled. If not for that, it does the job. I have to return it because of that.
Loved till it broke
I bought this item in store not more than a year ago. It was the most amazing curling iron I've ever used until the screw snapped inside and it wouldn't hold my hair in the clip anymore. Total bummer
Does a great job without overheating hair!
I'm very happy with this curling iron. It's a drastic improvement over the old ones I've had. My hair comes out silky and smooth, no dry ends at all. One word of caution - it's HOT. Wear the glove that comes with it, I learned that the hard way.
