Summary
Wella Colorcharm 40 Volume Cream Developer is formulated specifically for Wella Colorcharm hair color. Specially stabilized for use with all permanent hair colors. Great for covering white/gray hair or lightening natural hair color.

Mix 1-part Wella Colorcharm Permanent Hair Color (sold separately) with 2-parts Wella Colorcharm Cream Developer in a non-metal bowl.
Apply to the hair using your desired technique.
Develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if additional depth or gray coverage is needed.
Rinse the color out of the hair until water runs clear, shampoo and condition.
