The taste and texture are absolutely perfect. I only took them for 30 days so I can't attest to them actually having any effect on my hair or nails. They are simply too expensive for me to continue purchasing them, which is why I gave them a 3 rating.

So the only reason I rated it 5 stars because I believe it can highly work on others better than me. I always struggle growing out my hair and nails and it is why gave this a try. However I came to the realization that probably my hair loss cannot be fully solved with just vitamins, it may be a deficiency of something else since these vitamins did not really make much of change for my hair growth. My nails in the other hand. Wow! 10/10 Growing up I always had dense nails, and these vitamins has managed to make them grow faster and heck of a lot stronger. Not even kidding, to the point that I now how to file them down every other day due to accidentally others and myself with them. Which I don't know if thats a good thing. Either way I'm so glad my nails doesn't break easily no more. (I know this also mentions the help of ones skin, however I currently don't have no issue or imbalances with my skin with the exception of my monthly breakouts, so I can't really give out a review on that part). Hope this helps!

I have platinum bleached fine hair that normally grew about a quarter of an inch a month. Waited until the day I got my roots touched up to start taking them its been a few days over 4 weeks since then and my hair grew half an inch! My hair always grew super slow so I'm excited to keep taking these. They taste pretty good too and the heart shape makes it fun. Also noticing the other benefits like my skins looking better and nails/lashes are growing nicely.
