1st bottle
This is my 1st bottle. So it depends on how the process goes. I stocked up as reviews state differences are noticed after 12weeks. I can say that the Kardasians (did I even spell their name right? lol) know their stuff. Every Lemme product I have used has shown a big difference in the first few week...

Gives me a headache!
I have used these for a week. For the first two days, I took the recommended dose. However, after noticing that the supplements were causing a headache, I decided to take only one capsule/day. No headache but have discomfort in my forehead.

I am only on month 2 of using this product and I don't know if it has reduced shedding yet but I am giving it time and plan to continue to use the product.
These Really Work!
I've been taking these capsules for 3 months now, and let me tell you, they really work!! I've noticed my hair and nails both growing much faster. I haven't seen signs of less shedding yet, but I will say my nails are much stronger now.
