My favorite thing Rael Hormone Balance has been its tasteless quality. Add it to plain water and you can't even tell its there. My Hormones are way out of balance. I started taking this when I decided to stop taking birth control to regulate. I think I need to take it for longer to see the full benefits.

I've noticed an improvement in acne breakouts and a lessened about of irritability. It's completely taste free so it's easy to add to any regular beverage Inchoose to drink. As a bonus the powder is Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Gluten-Free, Allergen-Free, and Sugar-Free. So it's easy for everyone to use!

I love the way this product works and I did feel the different after 1 week in a half. I'd been having the worse cramps and taking this even 3 days before my period did help the PMS — from bloating to getting me regulated. I did some bloodwork before the month supply was up and it does help your body. I won't get into the specifics but overall, I recommend this to anyone looking to have a better period or regulate their ovulation/menstrual cycle.

I do like how easily this powder dissolves and my beverages, I have mixed it in warm drinks I've mixed it in cold drinks. Both successfully dissolved, and this powder did not alter the taste of any beverage. However, I did not notice much of Improvement overall, but I did feel better and function better within an hour of drinking this. And, I found if I use more than one scoop, for instance a scoop and a half, that I tended to feel better! While I love this brand and I love all the products, I took this everyday at work, and because there was so little noticeable effects, I tended to forget on my days off. Full disclosure.. I had my tubes removed, sterilization, in July of 2023. My hormones have been all over the place, my periods are getting worse each month, my mood is getting worse around the PMS time. I would absolutely love to sample more products from this brand, because everything I have been invited to try has had a positive impact.
