Wet your hair. Use the pointed tip to part your hair and apply scrub directly on the scalp. Gently massage the scrub in small circles. Rinse well. Then follow with shampoo and conditioner. Do not use if your scalp has cracks or open sores as it may cause irritation.

Awful product
I never write reviews because its really personal preference, until I met this product. This is the worst thing I have ever put on my hair in 40 years of life. I was hoping with the angled bottle tip this would get right down to my scalp, insteaf the product is so thick you cannot get it out. When you do, its a glob of goo like honey and doesnt dissolve at all so you cannot spread it. I tried applying it to a scalp brush and it literally did not transfer to my hair/scalp at all. Truly ununsable.
Shrinks Acne without Drying Out Hair
I get scalp acne due to hormonal changes once every few months. This stuff drys up the acne, while soothing the scalp, and Not drying out my hair. Exfoliant pieces are large, but that allows me to target specific areas of my head. I use this scrub, then before I rinse add in a little shampoo to help spread product over the rest of scalp. Then wash it out and condition my hair. Shrinks acne while keeping my hair hydrated!
Even with the cons I love it!
Yes this stuff is thick and very hard to work through, but it's worth it! It soothes my itching almost immediately and if you concentrate on your flaky spots, it'll get rid of your flaking too! It rinses surprisingly clean for how goopy it is. I did notice a tiny bit more hair loss than normal when used, but I suspect that is from the mechanical exfoliation of the scalp and hair follicles. I got 3-4 uses out of the tube… mostly because I used a lot to get it all over my scalp. Will continue to purchase and use as needed!
My favorite!
I love this affordable scalp scrub! It really gets the gunk out of my hair amd does so in a timely maner. The scent isnt over powering at all. Sometimes can be difficult to rinse out.
will not buy again
this felt like a thick sugar scrub that wasnt supposed to be used on the scalp/hair. Most scalp scrubs ive used have a nice scent but this doesnt smell like anything. It did nothing for my scalp, would not recommend.
