Would never buy again
I tried this product because i love the brand. Usually when I take magnesium, I'm able to relax 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking it. This product did absolutely nothing for me. I tried it for a month and it didnt work. Definitely wont buy this again

I genuinely feel calm and relaxed after taking one every night, right before i get in bed. It's the best feeling to have a non drug option for p.m. because i have anxiety that has my mind racing at all times. I would buy another bottle, they are that great.
