Suprisingly Pleased
I've only been taking these a week now but i have noticed a difference! In my mid 30s with stomach/digestive issues and this has really helped my body function and digest the way it should. My bf whos a physician read the ingredients and even though live bacteria is "better" this dormant bacteria is as good as it will get in a capsule. I take capsules versus kefir which is where you'll find the live bacteria because i cant get over the taste!! Very pleased with this so far and recommend!
